Spa & Salon Manager Jobs, Jobs in Nakuru, Brites Management Jobs Location: Nakuru Nature of Job: Full time Salary: 60K-70K Summary A person well versed in managing all operations of Spa & Salon. Must have experience in the same industry and position for at least 5 years or more. Age group: 30 yrs to 40 yrs. Experience of setting up a Spa & Salon will be added advantage. Responsibilities • Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards and guidelines • Increase profitability by ensuring increased clientele base • To ensure that guests receive high quality services • Plan or direct spa services and programs • Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities. • Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work. • Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning • Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency • Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement • Establish spa budgets and financial goals • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints Qualifications • Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field • 5 years’ experience as spa/salon manager in a busy environment • Experience of setting up a Spa & Salon will be added advantage • Team management, leadership & team player • Effective management: delivering profitability to the business • Creative: Different strategies of attracting customers • Thorough and initiative • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply Apply with CV to recruitment@britesmanagement.com Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted
