My style of music is versertile I'm not confined in one style,Says upcoming Kenyan music star Brian omondi

Meet Kenyan Superstar Brian omondi  Ajuoga aka Bij Abbani  born n raised  in  Nairobis Umoja inner core  in November 1994.

The upcoming star  studied  at  Ulawe primary  school  in Siaya  county Ugunja  Sub county studied at  Dan hill  academy in oyugis and  finished  high school in 2011

 

BIJ started his music Journey in the year  2004  at a tender age in  primary school.Speaking to Superstar magazine online  he says  "i was  in class five and  I remember  I used  to  sing  the  edited songs  in  the  classroom  and  my fellow  pupils  used  to  go  crazy,enjoy and encourage me,I also used to carry a small though it was against the school rules but i couldn't just keep away from music" During   class  he used to   sneak  into  the  bush in a group of his friends just to feel the taste of sweet music  by then played in   one Radio Program tagged  league express , a music  show  that  was  hot  of  Kenyan Ugandan and Tanzanian  music. 

He added, "By then i started  writing  my  own  music  and  doing  research  from  the  buzz  papers since  during those  days  they use  to  publish  every  artists  lyrics  weekly,  i borowed  ideas there  on  how  to  compose   my  own  lyrics"

 

After  his  A- level of education BIJ  went  to  Nairobi  to stay with his siblings in   Mathare.aT By that time there was a social campegn on   HIV/AIDS   awareness at stage 10 cureently  known  as  Mathare kwa  chief , that was  his  first  time  to secure a chance to perform live.

On that day he  performed a song  called  "Tumia  rubber"  a song composed to emphasize on the need of using protection during sexual intercourse especially to partners you are not sure of their  status. He says,"Everybody  went  wild  by  enjoying  the  vibe and  my  one  of the audience  approached me  and  asked  for a collabo  iwas  young  by then  I knew  nothing about  music  recording   told  me  i have  a good  voice  but all a needed was to  bvelieve in it.From there  that  was  my  first  day  to go  to Calif records,  i dint  have  time  to  prepare  much  only  wore a red  shirt  written  everyday  with  some  rusty  opens  unfortunately  we  didn't  find  Clemmo  the  hot  producer  at that  time"  

On that day  he  found some  bunch  of  artists  who  demoralized  him ceremoniously..  By  saying  "Heri nyinyi  mukam  tu  next year"  

But one  of the  guys  at the time  was  called  Luo Young.

"He din't  have  a phone  but  he  gave me  his  number which  i used to conect  with  him  for  awhile  and  the communication  was  halted  short  after he  went  offline"

"I was not easy as i never  got full support  from my family  as my  bros  and dad were threatened by  my  musical  move  since  they  knew  I might drop  school  so  they  decided  to  enroll  me at one local   school" Added BIJ.

 

The superstar  started recording  official music as he embarked  on it as a career  in  2018 before stopping again and resuming this here with a new energy .

In Novermber this year he   landed back with a hit song   luo gengetone  tagged Vibe gimoro  which  is doing  well

“I used to sing in the church choir then I decided one day to try out singing on my own, that’s how I discovered that I had talent which I had never realized,” says Lamu gospel star Esther maina

Esther maina  started her journey from humble back ground in mpeketoni of Lamu county few years ago.

Speaking to Superstars  Maina a super vocal queen  revealed that she wa  once a church cleaner  and a praise and worship team leader,a position that has seen her grow in her music career.
She enjoys leading the team and working at church , until the day she recognized her talent in singing 4 years ago.
At the early age of her life  she gained her own salvation and she has kept it up to now.
So far she has managed to record four songs  which among them the song Ukai Tumwinire https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fx5W7ekPog4   has given her  a good reception to her fans.

Maina remembered how she started music which was not easy at all she says, “I used to sing in the church choir then I decided one day to try out singing on my own, that’s how I discovered that I had talent which I had never realized,” said MainaHer first album which was mainly sold in her home county Lamu she is now eyeing another hit album that she believes will let the world realize and know her.
She adds that  she is equally ready for a new challenge  “New level new devil, challenges become more and more each day as a Christian and every time you grow in Christianity the more the challenges,” 
Besides singing, Maina is also  a mother of three and a wife and she says a times its so challenging to balance between her family and ministry but determination has kept her moving.

She  is a role model to her own kids.

I was at the verge of loosing hope in Music before i remembered that the promises of God to me are yes and amen-Says Upcoming Superstar Patience Joseph

Patience Joseph an upcoming superstar and a song bird is now the talk of town just few days after her new top hit "Umetukuka".

Having been brought up in a humble Christian family,Patience has emerged to be on of the best music star of age and also does well in live music.

Speaking to the Superstar Magazine online she says " I'm a born again worship minister dedicated and committed to serve the Lord through music,i believe in hard-work and holiness during my ministry and i don't give up easily". 

She is also one of the best  songwriters so far having composed a number of song to various big artist who she never wanted to disclose , a part from this she is also  a performing artist on events related to Christianity and ministry at large. Her strong vocal ranges has made her top among female singers in the country and to some countries in Africa.

Music to her is a passion and her daily life,she says "I started singing during my college days at a young age,after realizing my passion and talent ,The gift was nurtured through singing in our local church, missions and other avenues where issued to go and perform and also in church where i used and am still leading the praise and worship team". "I got support from my pastor who encouraged and prayed for me to continue with God". She added

However it has not been a smooth journey since she  began taking music as a career.And as many artist would admit,her journey to recording music encountered various stumbling blocks and snares but she never gave up until now . 

She explains to us all l the challenges that she is   facing today as any other musician.

But the main challenge that she has faced is lack of  finance, lack of support and experience and also lack of good music producers.

Superstar has realized the importance of good music and video producers in Kenya,most of the musics done in Kenya has a challenge in Quality and this has killed most artist dreams. 

After searching  for long to get a good music producer Patience  recorded her  first two songs in 2018 which did not go any far because she had no money for awareness creation, and even production of the video.She says "I remember I had to cancel a project I did with a producer because I didn't get enough money to fund the project,that incident brought me down and I was at the verge of loosing hope before i remembered that the promises of God to me are yes and amen".

BUSIA INDUSTRIALIZATION ON HIGH PEAK- GOVERNOR OJAAMONG

Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong has lauded the high peak of industrialization in the county and invited more investors to capitalize on good investment climate to invest in the county.
In his address during this year's Mashujaa Day celebrations at Kolanya Boys Primary School in Teso North Sub County, the Governor exuded confidence that the county’s economy is going to be very strong.
" Busia has the most modern Sugar Cane crashing machine in East and Central Africa; what farmers need to do now is to plant sugarcane en masse to stimulate the economy of the county,” he said.
He said the county’s path in stimulating economic growth has been expedited by the close working relations between the County and National Governments with no squabbles between the two units of government.
This has also been coupled by a good team of County Executive Committee Members and Chief Officers whose vast experience has helped catapult the county a notch higher in realizing it economic objective.
The Governor said the health sector has recorded tremendous progress with sub county hospitals equipped with modern diagnostic machines, adding that the completion of many on-going projects in the next one or two months will herald a new chapter in the county’s transformational process.
County Commissioner Jacob Narengo urged county residents to emulate world marathon beater Eliud Kipchoge of never losing hope instead of constant blames on the governor and the national government.
He put tax evaders on notice that the law will not spare them if they continue using porous routes to smuggle unaccustomed goods into the country; he put chiefs on notice never to settle gender based violence, rape or assault cases outside court.
Deputy Governor Moses Mulomi said CT scan is now fully operational at the Busia County Referral Hospital with affordable charges of Sh5000 per scan, telling residents to embrace the facility instead of seeking similar services outside the county at high costs.
He assured the Governor that his development agenda will be implemented, adding as the acting CECM for health, he will soon lead the health team in the tour of the county to sensitize people on the need for regular check up for non -communicable diseases.
Others present included First Lady Judy Ojaamong, Busia Assembly Speaker Bernard Wamalwa, Deputy Speaker Lawrence Okaale, CECMs and Chief Officers.

Central Kenya will not vote for Raila as a presidential candidate come 2022, despite BBI and Uhuru Support

If President Uhuru Kenyatta really want central Kenya to move along with him as a block and stop it from gravitating towards his deputy Dr.William  Ruto, then he should remove Raila Odinga out of the 2022 equation, bring in  someone neutral like CS Fred  Matiang’i ,ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi or even Governor Alfred Mutua supported by a Kikuyu  running mate  or else things will fall apart and this will be to the advantage of Ruto.

President  Kenyatta  has lost the trust of most of his political lieutenants in Central Kenya, the ground has drastically shifted with many people responding and receiving the news about him with  bitterness,regardless of his BBI initiative with his “Bigger brother” Raila Odinga.

Uhuru and Raila’s equation cannot work out for 2022 politics as voting game plans have changed. Most voters are youth and most youth in Central Kenya are championing for DP.William Ruto especially with handful of young leaders behind him,On other hand Uhuraila is trying to win the game using the old age which actually  make a minor percentage of the voters not only in the region but countrywide.

As the matrix stands now, anyone thinking that Raila will get anything in Central Kenya courtesy of the handshake must be delusional, doomed or new in Kenyan politics which with no doubt is driven by three things:Tribe,History and Cash.

Railas tribe is hard to market in central Kenya; his personal history cannot be redeemed in central unless if it will be world’s crazy miracle in the 21st century, his cheapskate way of life in terms of and lack of generosity runs parallel with the game of the region.

If I may be asked to tell Raila a bitter and naked truth that might help him reconstruct himself in case he needs to climb into power come 2022,then i will tell him openly tell him  that he is literally wasting his time with Uhuru hoping for Central Kenya support.

Ruto has taken over the Central Kenyan politics especially by washing Odingas dirty linen in public, Ruto is not a man to assume, neither is he a competitor to mark time will countering. For any person serious with politics and the 2022 political game, Ruto must be a big threat and a man to watch.

On the other hand, the inferiority in the central Kenya against this man Raila Odinga who has been tagged a perennial loser, and the lord of poverty might not just allow leaders from the region to accept him as a commodity on high demand for the region.

Another serious thing to observe is that Ruto now as the king pin in the Rift valley region, is seen as the only person who can serve the interests of the Kikuyu community who have dominated a good percentage of the rift valley, as central Kenya observes keenly not to again put their brothers from the rift region in the hands of the enemy come 2022.

Having said this, I can guarantee you that come 2022 GEMA votes will all go to one candidate and it will not be Raila Odinga endorsed by Uhuru regardless of BBI or any other strategy they might jointly make.

Even Uhuru himself  knows that selling Raila in central Kenya, however much resources you use to pimp him, is close to impossible, it is just a gamble of opening a pork joint in Pakistan against the Muslim belief and religion.

The only way Uhuru can influence the entire Mount Kenya to back a candidate of his choice is if that candidate is neither Raila nor Ruto. But it’s very hard to excluded Ruto out of his game, and so the only left option is to declare his full support to Ruto followed by a Kikuyu.

Again, should Uhuru miraculously wise up and go for someone like a Matiangi, Mudavadi or Mutua supported by a Kikuyu candidate, then Mt. Kenya will toe the line but this story of its either Raila or Ruto will never work automatically for him.

Also for Ruto,there are  still some minor equations that he needs to observe.He needs to understand that despite being   popular as he thinks he is, Central Kenya has never forgiven him as a whole, some Kiambaa church victims still hold him accountable for what they faced in 2007 when he was Odingas die hard and point man.

However i must admit that Arap Samoei is smart and for this reason, i will must give him credit for somehow managing to repackage himself and convince a good number of them, thus gunner some support on the ground.

But knowing his Strategy to State House is banked on Moi’s principal of divide and rule Central Kenya,i can also smell a rat given that its close to impossible for anyone to apply this principal in central Kenya .I only see errors  for team DP if this is what he is still banking on.

Central Kenya will not allow their votes to be divided.

So in conclusion, the 2022 race to statehouse is still open, but yes it is close for Ruto than Raila especially if the duo Uhuru and Raila stick to BBI and referendum push. Published: By: VANTAGE MUSIC RECORDS - October 13, 2019
