President Uhuru Kenyatta is today expected to lead a cabinet meeting.
The meeting, which will also be attended by deputy president William Ruto, comes on about two months since the last council meeting convened after the reading of the national budget by former finance minister Henry Rotich.
It is also an enriching meeting with the turmoil at the Jubilee party, with many ministers also appearing on the same table.
The controversy that hit the headlines recently was the plot of some ministers allegedly plotting to oust deputy president William Ruto, a fierce allegation by CS Peter Munya who is alleged to be the protagonist of the plot.
