The gospel superstar started
singing at the early age of his
life at the age of eight.
In 5005 he migrated to
kenya and Since then, Kenya
has been like second home he speaks fluent Swahili like any
other Kenyan.
Like any other musician Solomo did not find it easy
to get a breakthrough into the gospel indudtry both in kenya and
internationaly
His first album Sijaona Rafiki Kama Yesu did not get a
wider audience since he was still new in Kenya and he couldint reach many people
despite his good voice and powerful massage in the song .
But a morning star came when he first met the late
and grate Angela Chibalonza, who many say that she was a was
God-sent minister if not only a singer.
“She showed me the tricks of the game, helped me
financially, and allowed me to accompany her for various performances”. Solomon explains how Angela introduced him
into the music minister especially in Kenya being that Angela had already developed
a big reception of her songs.
He adds by saying “ I actualy
first met Chibalonza in Congo, in
2002 in an event where she was performing live music after which we later hooked up and performed together several times
before coming to Kenya”.
His songs started becoming hits when he performed
alongside Angela Chibalonza and made him gain confidence in himself.
Today Solomon is one of the greatest artists in gospel music
in Kenya and Africa at large.
His latest song ftMr seed tagged “UPO” is doing well on the
Kenyan airwave.
