ODM Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna has confirmed this.
This follows an agreement where Ken’s wife Monica Okoth and
Anne Thumbi, the alleged mother to the late Okthos son signed an agreement that
was adopted by a Nairobi Court.
Anne
had on Thursday sued the family of Okoth
seeking the court to be compel the family to allow her son Jayden Baraka Okoth
be recognized and take part in the burial plans.
She has also agreed that a DNA test will be undertaken to
confirm the paternity of Jayden at a later stated date.
